Our Brand Ethos

NORAJUKU Home Organizing + Vintage Home Decor is my personal expression of nostalgia, rooted in culture, faith, and beauty.

Nor means “new” in Armenian and “light” in Greek—two cultures at the core of who I am. That meaning isn’t just symbolic, it’s the soul of this brand. Norajuku exists to bring a fresh perspective and a sense of calm into the spaces we live in. And juku? In Japanese, it literally means “to study” or “to learn.” It speaks to the deeper purpose of this space, to gently guide and educate clients in learning The Nora, the “new” way of living so you can take your first steps into a tidy, systematized new space.

I’m Nora Sana Roussakis, an evangelical Christian, quadrilingual stay-at-home mom, wife, and the creative force behind Norajuku. From Montreal’s Mile End to Brooklyn’s South Slope, I bring luxury home organizing, personal styling, and curated vintage fashion straight to your door or screen.

For over 20 years, I co-ran Chez Rose Marie Lingerie, a high-end mother-and-daughter boutique in Montreal’s Mile End. That’s where I sharpened my eye for style and discovered just how deeply joy and order are connected.

Norajuku is more than a business. It’s a deeply personal expression of everything I love and believe in. Inspired by the women who shaped me — my beautiful mother, my nene, my brother, my hubby and my son — this brand is grounded in home, simplicity, and strength. It reflects my faith, my culture, and my drive to bring order and calm into everyday spaces.

What began with a love of styling has grown into a full lifestyle brand. Norajuku blends curated vintage apparel, luxury home organizing, personal styling, and virtual wardrobe services. Every vintage piece I curate has a story. Every system I design is built to simplify your life.

I won’t wave a wand — but with a natural love for organizing, a whole lot of empathy, and a deep understanding of how we relate to our “stuff,” my approach often feels a little like magic. I recognize that life gets busy and organizing your home can become overwhelming. So, I can design an stress-free solution that is efficient and sustainable. I’m here to help you clear the clutter, curate a wardrobe that reflects you, and create systems that stick — so you can get back to what really matters.
